CM Utility Hub provides online file conversion and manipulation tools, including but not limited to:

  • JSON to Excel conversion
  • Excel to JSON conversion
  • PNG to ICO conversion
  • Image compression
  • Excel duplicate removal
  • PNG to JPG conversion

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

3. User Conduct and Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not upload files that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Not overload or flood our servers with requests
  • Not use our services to infringe on intellectual property rights

4. File Upload and Processing

When you upload files to our services:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your content
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and convert your files solely for the purpose of providing our services
  • We do not claim ownership of your files or their contents
  • Files are temporarily stored on our servers only for the duration needed to process your request
  • Files and converted outputs are automatically deleted from our servers after processing or after a short period
  • We limit file uploads to 5MB per file and 10 files per conversion

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services. By using CM Utility Hub, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The CM Utility Hub website, logo, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by CM Utility Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CM Utility Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Loss or corruption of files during processing

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CM Utility Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Use and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CM Utility Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
